Funding
HOPOS is financed by donations and grants from third parties, from donations in kind and from sponsorships provided for projects.
HOPOS is financed by contributions from members, the public sector, donations and grants from patrons, sponsorship contributions and marketing income from projects and activities. In addition, the Board of Directors may accept contributions or other support from organizations, foundations, or individuals.
HOPOS: Transparent and independent
HOPOS is a non-profit organization that acts independently of external interests. Donors do not influence the positions of the association or the content of specific projects. HOPOS is committed to transparency towards its donors (sponsors, members, patrons, and donors) and the public. The annual report can be viewed here.
Legal form
HOPOS is an association and is subject to Art. 60 ff of the Swiss Civil Code.
Purpose
HOPOS pursues exclusively charitable goals and is politically and denominationally neutral.
Finances
HOPOS covers its financial needs mainly as follows:
